During this international event, Smart IQF Freezing was one of many innovations.
On 5 and 6 October 2018, the 10th edition of the Holland Fisheries Event took place, an event of the Urk Fishery Days Foundation (Stichting Visserijdagen Urk) for exhibitors and visitors from the maritime industry. The Dutch fishery and maritime fair is based around investing and innovating in technology and knowledge.
Over 100 exhibitors from The Netherlands and beyond exposed their newest products and innovations to the broad audience.
Smart IQF freezing
ENGIE Refrigeration was represented as well and revealed its knowledge document Smart IQF freezing which reveals how smart freezing technology can result in maximum product quality, an efficient production process, and minimal energy consumption. The event turned out to be a great place to network, to strengthen relationships and to work together on future-proof innovations.
